Shipping & Returns
All items are posted within a one to two weeks turn around time. Unfortunately, turn around time does NOT include postage times. At the present time we have dedicated two postage days, orders will be going out on Tuesdays and Fridays.
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for standard postage and $10 for express postage. Both these options are fully trackable through the Australia Post website with the tracking number that will be supplied to you once the item is posted.
For international orders please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote on your order before you try to order.
Once your order is shipped we take no responsibility for loss, delay or damage to your package. As soon as we post your items all issues with delivery will need to be addressed with Australia Post.
Due to all products being handmade on request at your personal custom sizes we do not accept refunds/returns.
The only circumstance in which we accept the possibility of a refund/return of an item in when that item is deemed faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com. It would be helpful if a photo and description of the fault could be sent in that email.
If we deem the item faulty we will offer you a number of choices:
1. Return the item (at your expense) for a full refund
2. Return the item (at your expense) for a new items (posted at our expense)
3. Return the item (at your expense) to be fixed and posted to you (at our expense)
If you are concerned about the sizing of items please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or social media (@archie.n.me). From there I will ask for measurements of your child to make sure the garment will fit perfectly!
